How & when did you become involved in German Shepherds Dogs |
I have loved and been involved with GSD most of my life in a pet or workng capacity but became involved in the show scene in 1995 after purchasing our first show GSD, who although a great boy did not make the ring! Since then we have learned a lot and now actively and successfully show both here in the UK and in Germany. We now train most of our dogs in the sport of Schutzhund.
We were the Breed Council's top winning kennel (jnt) in 2007 and also bred and owned the top winning GSD female of 2007, along with the top winning Dam and Top winning Junior GSD. |

We own the lovely female Mascani Holly at Conbhairean, who has become the foundation of our kennel, in terms of the type and character we want to produce in the future. She is also the dam and grand dam of our home bred Champions Conbhairean Alexis, Sch H1, KKl 1, Lbz, A-Stamp & her daughter Champion Conbhairean Leska, Sch H1, KKL1, HD/ED Normal, Dna Gpr. amongst others. We also own the lovely V12 female from the 2003 BSZS, Ginger von der Maleiche who is dam of Kiara v Conbhairean Sch 2, KKL 1 and grand dam of Conbhairean Quella. We also own the top winning Champion Starhope's Qualli, in partnership with our dear friend the late Jayne Swan's husband Bill. |

I have successfully passed the BC Judging exam and have now judged at several Breed Open shows. |
